The Process
Simply provide an initial image or plan of the kitchen work surface for a quotation.
If the quotation is accepted we will carry out a site survey to
template your kitchen carcass - templating consists of making a
precise replica to the exact measurements and contours of the
finished worktop. For the template we insist on using Cordex, a
product that due to its durability and flexibility facilitates highly
accurate templating. In this way errors at the point of
installation are avoided.
The raw material is precision cut to size for each individual section of worktop.
Lastly, the individual sections are moved onto the CNC machine which is programmed to produce the edge polishing profile of choice, any sink or hob cut outs and drain off grooves.
Once all the pieces have been manufactured and checked by our stonemasons the next stage is the installation of the kitchen worktops. |
